Scene Flipped

In at least three episodes the frame was flipped horizontally. Can you find them ? Or better yet, suggest some reason as to why it was done. Good luck.

(This is of course, me providing you with another dumb excuse to watch all the episodes again, you're welcome.)

Update:
Tommy Tommy found this 2 second reversal, but this was very subtle.
There is a much longer one that is much more dramatic.

Canadian Avenger has found the most significant edit. It is with Lala & Duke of Url, in Episode 8. They are reversed thoughout the scene to help create the feeling of a conversation with Dr. Tiki.

As far as 3, 4 , 5 goes. The reason that he has lost count is that he is drunk. The official count so far is 3.

A two second flip of Johnny-Johnny in Hulla-Balloo. A two second flip/reversal of Mr. Ambassador & Lala in Red Oktober and the 18 second one of Lala & Duke of Url in London Fogcutter
