Lala surfaces, but where?
Can you identify the building that she is standing in front of?
More info: OK, let me give you a little background on this. These are frames grabbed from a commercial. Some of you may have even seen it on TV. One viewer thought that it was her and passed that information on. So it really could be anywhere, and chosen for its look.
I cannot find any pictures of Toronto Airport that show a roof like this. So we are still at square one as far as I am concerned.
Would it be too much to ask if Lala herself would confirm or deny the report, either directly or indirectly.
Please, I did ask nicely.

The more I look at those stills, the more I think it ain't her. But who knows.
This still shot is from a commerical for Mattel's Mad Gabs board game. JohnnyJohnny also appears in the commercial (without his trademark headgear) There is a website where you can watch the commerical however, it escapes me at this moment. When I remember I will post it.

To me, that backdrop looks vaguely Expo 86-ish. But I could be mistaken.
Its looking like that commercial was filmed in Vancouver. There is a scene in the commercial where a guy is next to a sign that say E Broadway. In the cakground there are powerlines like there are on E Broadway in Vancouver. Anyone live in Vancouver that can look around?
In fact it does look like the new terminal at Pearson YYZ - Toronto... I think they renumbered the terminals so it's actually Terminal 1.

Stairs: Robson Square, near the Vancouver Art Gallery.
Building front: the Marine Building in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
Street scene: Corner of E. Broadway and Granville.
Glass roof: not sure, but definitely not the Plaza of Nations. Maybe near the Sheraton Wall Centre or the Canada Place extension?
She lives in my town?!?! Vancouver truly IS the most beautiful place.

There are so many scenes from around Vancouver that it's reasonable to conclude that ALL of the scenes were shot in Vancouver. But for the life of me, I don't know where that round glass roof is situated.
The actress in question seems to have a bit of a foreign accent, though she might have been faking it, of course.
Today I was in front of the Pan Pacific Hotel and suddenly realized that the roof looked remarkably similar to the "mystery roof" in question. I took a few photos of it but upon further comparison, it doesn't appear to be the same one. :-(
IMHO it IS Lala and it IS jj - check how his lower lip sucks in, v. similar to Jim Carrey's facial characteristics, and also style of hair same as #42 early Tiki Bar Discovered.
Lala is certainly overdressed though :p

I found the Glass Roof!!!
It's at the entrance to the Westin Bayshore Inn, near the entrance to Stanley Park. If you look carefully at the photos, you can even see the outline of the hotel through the roof!
Took me much longer than it should have to find it, but it's definitely it!!!
