Johnny-Johnny's Last Words

In Episode One, Margaritaville, the mystery lies in what Johnny-Johnny says last. It starts with "Diagnose..." and ends abruptly. What is it that he said? It is at 3:07 of the 3:43 long show.
Update: Johnny-Johnny checks in with the answer and some backstage parcels.

I'm sorry, how did you get in here? If you are not drinking, I'm going to have to ask you to leave.
I think it's incredibly obvious what he says; it's what I'd say if I was to say the first thing that came to mind whenever someone says "Diagnosis".
Dick Van Dyke and Scott Baio can help you solve this one.
"Diagnosis: Murder"
It's really anti-climactic, I'm afraid. When the Doctor said the word "diagnosis", for whatever reason that triggered a memory of this TV show:
And just said "Diagnosis: Murder!" I think I went on to to mumble something along the lines of it being a "spectacular piece of television", but by that point in the pilot episode i was particularily drunk and not making a whole lot of sense.
Remember, we make these up as we go with the magic of IMPROVISATION! So sometimes, you know, we just spew out nonsense. Well, I do, anyhow. I probably doesn't help that I'm also quite sauced.
Here's a bit of bonus trivia!
On "Red Oktober", when I went on the "teenage wasteland testosterone overdosed nintendo powerglove owl xbox CRAP!" rant, there's been some disupte about what the hell an "owl" was doing in that phrase full of weird gaming based stuff. Well, specifically, the owl that popped into my head when I was saying all that junk was this one:
Hootbot
Hootbot, I thought, was the little robot attachment for your Nintendo. But I remembered that one incorrectly - the little robot for Nintendo was ROB (below). All Hootbot did was, you know, sit and hoot. He was the lamest of the Tomy bots. Omnibot pretty much went to the beach and kicked sand in Hootbot's face. Anyhow, ROB was:
R.O.B.
Again, you know, with the drinking and making stuff up on the fly...
So there you go! Boy... like I said... anticlimactic!
